Description:

Canning O’Neill is a well established and leading office property consultancy based in Manchester. The Canning O’Neill Media site is a sister website, which focuses specifically on properties in Media City, Salford Quays and the surrounding areas, and specifically for the Creative Industries.

The website was developed using the WordPress platform, and included a completely bespoke system for adding/editing/removing properties for easy management by the client. The property search page uses an advanced search filtering system (called faceted search) which allows users to add a number of filters and ranges while browsing, such as location and property size. This was linked in directly to the Google Maps API to enable users not familiar with the area where the property is based in relation to Manchester City Centre and the Media City area.
